Biography: Mark R. Edwards, Ph.D., and Ann J. Ewen, Ph.D., are CEO and president, respectively, of TEAMS, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in helping companies to implement 360 degree feedback. They are the creators of the approach, which is now in use at IBM, GE, Disney, Intel, Monsanto, American Airlines, and more than 100 other organizations. Edwards and Ewen also write and speak extensively on the subject. Both authors are former corporate executives. They live and work in Tempe, Arizona.
