Biography: Jacalyn Sherriton and James L. Stern are founder/president and vice president, respectively of Corporate Management Developers, Inc., and Health Management Consultants, Inc., consulting firms with offices in Hollywood, Florida, and Reston, Virginia. Both are experts in organizational development and have consulted to such clients as Bristol-Myers Squibb, M&M/Mars, Mobil Oil, the National Institutes of Health, and IBM. Dr. Sherriton holds degrees from SUNY Buffalo, Boston University, and Harvard. Mr. Stern, who formerly held a position with the Air Force's Leadership and Management Development Center, has completed all course work for his doctorate in human resources development at George Washington University.
