Biography: Jeff Cartwright has spent nine years researching and assessing the psychology of motivation and best management practice and its effect on the culture of organizations to develop his basic Nine Factors theory of organizational culture into leading practice in cultural values management.
Research into the management of organizational cultures has led to the study of creative thinking and innovation as the true instruments of change. From his study Jeff has produced a method for the design and implementation of a creative culture that forms the basis of change management.
With a Masters Degree in Psychology and as a Fellow in the Institute of Management with 30 years experience in industrial management, Jeff is continuing to bring together sound research-based theory with the best management practice.
Jeff is the founder of the Culture Management Research Association, an Honorary University Fellow at Exeter University and a member of the International Association of Research in Economics Psychology.
